We need to hold the innovators in high regard and reward and encourage the truly creative talent inside of our radio stations. If you can’t find any in your building it’s time to go out and get some. Some stations have saved their way to bottom line success only to find themselves with a lackluster on air product that people are not emotionally connected with. You can generate more revenue to the bottom line with a great product than you can by simply saving on talent and creativity.
